Congratulations on your new Galaxy Sleep Set. We make the mattress that makes you more comfortable, and that includes replacing or repairing a mattress set that fails to live up to our high standards for quality materials and workmanship.

Your mattress will be replaced or repaired without charge* at Galaxy Furniture & Bedding should your mattress be defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects, during the initial period of warranty. Body impressions are caused by the natural compressions of quality upholstery materials, and are not structural defects. Using inappropriate foundations may cause damage to your mattress.

All transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchaser is required under this Limited Warranty to register the product online at time of purchase. In the unlikely event you observe a defect, you should contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product. If the retailer cannot be contacted, you should write directly to the manufacturer. You must provide proof of date and place of purchase.

NOTE: Law Tag must be retained for warranty coverage. The Galaxy Warranty covers only the following items during normal wear: Wires that are broken or protruding through fabric

Body impressions greater than 2″, mattress must be supported by a matching foundation (or equivalent) and used with an appropriate frame with center support or at least 5 hardwood cross slats for queen and king sets. Items and damages not specifically listed in the “ Warranty ″ Section are not covered, including, for example:

• Comfort preferences
• Mattress Fabric
• Border wires, which run along the perimeter of the mattress, bent due to moving or bending the sleep set
• Bed height
• Transportation costs
• Floor Models
• Structural damage from using an improper bed frame
• Damage incurred by transportation or delivery
• Fabric stains, soiling, fluids, tears or burns
• Sagging in the mattress less than 2″

We make every effort to be sure we manufacture our sleep sets with the finest materials. However if you discover a defect in your new Galaxy mattress or foundation, simply contact the retail store where you purchased your sleep set and they will contact us. If a defect occurs during the warranty period (described in the warranty schedule), Galaxy will repair or replace (at Galaxy’s option) the defective mattress and/or box within a reasonable period of time.

In order for this limited warranty to be valid, you must:

• Be the original consumer purchaser, and have purchased the sleep set from one of our authorized dealers in Canada or the United States.
• Provide a copy of the original store receipt, or other proof of date, place of purchase and purchase price
• Provide the law label from the defective product

If identical materials are not available at the time of product service, Galaxy reserves the right to substitute for transportation costs of the product to and from the store or factory, as applicable.

We recommend that you rotate your mattress occasionally, which will increase its comfort life and logevity. However, the option to rotate your mattress is not required for your warranty to remain vaild. Please always use a mattress pad to keep your mattress clean. Stains, soiling, fluid penetration or other signs of abuse may void the warranty and make your bedding ineligible for repair or replacement.

Do´ s and Don´ts of Bedding Care

DO rotate your mattress as needed, it will promote even wear.

DO keep your bedding clean. We suggest using a mattress pad, especially if children use the bed.

DO keep your retail receipt in a safe place.

DO use an appropriate frame and center support for queen and king-size beds. Using the right support frame will ensure your warranty remains in effect.

DO give your new sleep set time to “air” upon removal from its plastic packaging. Dispose of all plastic packaging as soon as possible.

DON'T PLACE YOUR MATTRESS NEAR OPEN FLAME OR EXPOSE TO FIRE. THIS MATTRESS IS NOT FLAME OR FIREPROOF, AND CAN IGNITE AN/OR BURN IF EXPOSED TO OPEN FLAME OR FIRE. WHEN IGNITED, SOME BEDDING MATERIAL CAN BURN RAPIDLY AND EMIT SMOKE AND HAZARDOUS GASES.

• DON´T smoke in bed.
• DON´T let anyone stand or jump on your mattress. It was not built for that kind of weight concentration or abuse.
• DON´T remove the law tag at the of your mattress as this has the identification needed to establish your warranty rights.
• DON´T use cleaning fluids on your mattress. The chemicals/liquid may damage some of the materials.
• DON´T use candles on or around your bed.
• DON´T run electrical cords under your bed, avoid placing lamps where they can fall on the bed
