Your mattress will be replaced or repaired without charge* at Galaxy Furniture & Bedding should your mattress be defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects, during the initial period of warranty. Body impressions are caused by the natural compressions of quality upholstery materials, and are not structural defects. Using inappropriate foundations may cause damage to your mattress.
All transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchaser is required under this Limited Warranty to register the product online at time of purchase. In the unlikely event you observe a defect, you should contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product. If the retailer cannot be contacted, you should write directly to the manufacturer. You must provide proof of date and place of purchase.
NOTE: Law Tag must be retained for warranty coverage.Body impressions greater than 2″, mattress must be supported by a matching foundation (or equivalent) and used with an appropriate frame with center support or at least 5 hardwood cross slats for queen and king sets. The center support is equal to a support that extends from the frame to the floor.

If a defect occurs during the warranty period (described in the warranty schedule), Galaxy will repair or replace (at Galaxy’s option) the defective mattress and/or box within a reasonable period of time.
In order for this limited warranty to be valid, you must:If identical materials are not available at the time of product service, Galaxy reserves the right to substitute for transportation costs of the product to and from the store or factory, as applicable.

DO rotate your mattress as needed, it will promote even wear.
DO keep your bedding clean. We suggest using a mattress pad, especially if children use the bed.
DO keep your retail receipt in a safe place.
DO use an appropriate frame and center support for queen and king-size beds. Using the right support frame will ensure your warranty remains in effect.
DO give your new sleep set time to “air” upon removal from its plastic packaging. Dispose of all plastic packaging as soon as possible.
DON'T PLACE YOUR MATTRESS NEAR OPEN FLAME OR EXPOSE TO FIRE. THIS MATTRESS IS NOT FLAME OR FIREPROOF, AND CAN IGNITE AN/OR BURN IF EXPOSED TO OPEN FLAME OR FIRE. WHEN IGNITED, SOME BEDDING MATERIAL CAN BURN RAPIDLY AND EMIT SMOKE AND HAZARDOUS GASES.
